Our buying guide: Process for Thailand

When you make the decision to partner with us, these are the steps you need to follow to complete the process.

  • To secure the property a deposit of 10,000 Thai Baht would need to be paid
  • We would supply a simple buyer contract which you would need to complete and sign and return to us together with a copy of your passport
  • The balance payment would need to be received within 28 days
  • Registration with land office takes place.

Buying whilst remaining at home

It is absolutely possible to purchase without coming to view the property.  All payments can be made via telegraphic transfer or credit/debit card.  The documentation is sent to you via courier for signature, and you would supply certified copies of passports and bills.

We would recommend that you come to meet us, view and experience the property, speak to the lawyers and have everything explained professionally.
